Quantifying the neurocognitive impact of cannabis across the life span: The evolution of memory deficits

The aim of this recently funded NHMRC project is to determine the nature and emergence of memory deficits in cannabis users across the life span. The project will determine how varying levels of exposure to cannabis during adolescence and adulthood impact upon brain function subserving learning and memory processes. This project is in collaboration with Dr Nadia Solowij at the University of Wollongong and Dr Marc Seal at the Melbourne Neuropsychiatry Centre. This study has recently commenced recruitment.
